Starting in kitchens aged 16, I have worked everywhere from high end members clubs to pubs to being in the team that won a Michelin star at The Goring dining room back in 2012. Since then I have been asked to do chef demos, recipe development and menu consulting. Most recently working for a major development company, developing food for the biggest retailers in the UK.

Having hosted dinner parties and catering for large events from a young age I have harnessed the knowledge of what it takes to host the perfect party. Listening to what the client wants and tailoring the menu/experience around them is my main aim.
